Ken Aguado is an Emmy-winning producer, screenwriter, playwright, and author with a distinguished career that spans multiple facets of the entertainment industry.

Ken Aguado launched his professional career as a script reader, swiftly advancing through the ranks to become a production executive at several major Hollywood studios. Eventually transitioning to producing, his credits include Standing Up, The Salton Sea, Ticker, Crazy as Hell and Sexual Life released by such notable studios as Warner Bros., Castle Rock, Kings Road, and Showtime.

In addition to In Memory Of, Ken wrote and produced the acclaimed original short film An Interview with God, which earned David Strathairn an Emmy for Best Supporting Actor. He was also responsible for Miracle on 42nd Street, an award-winning PBS documentary about the apartment development Manhattan Plaza, and its monumental impact on both the New York arts community and its Times Square neighborhood. His feature film, A Visit to Grandpa's starring Anthony Hopkins and Catherine Zeta-Jones is slated for release in 2027. 

Ken is also the co-author of the definitive pitching textbook The Hollywood Pitching Bible, now in its 4th edition, and the author of Based On: A Non-Lawyer's GUIDE to Acquiring Film and Television Rights from Everywhere.
